one more week!
There is only one more week until our first Spring Break! I am really excited! Brian, Jason, Phil Johnston (from Wheaton) and I are heading up to the north coast of Honduras. Phil (who is Brian's best friend) flew into Guatemala last week from Paris and he is going to be coming over to Tegus later this week. Then we're going to drive up to one of the islands off of the coast named Utila. It is the cheapest place in the world to get SCUBA certified- we are going to spend four days diving and then end up with a lifetime Open Water Certification- all for $230. Plus it is diving paradise- Utila is located on the second largest barrier reef in the world (right behind the Great Barrier Reef in Australia). And supposedly Utila is just a really chill place- it isn't touristy yet and a lot of Europeans vacation there. And on top of all that, I get a week off of school! It will be great.This past week went pretty well. School wasn't very busy and I didn't have too many problems with students. I played today and yesterday at church, which went really well. The music pastor picked some pretty rocking songs and then we had two electric guitarists (plus me on acoustic), so it was pretty loud. You guys should check out the song "Take It All" by Hillsong United (or "Tomalo" en espanol), it is pretty catchy. I was also asked to produce a cd of worship songs that the worship team has written, which should be pretty fun to do, but it will take a lot of time too! So there are a lot of cool things on the horizon... and in the midst of it all, I have to decide what I'm going to do next year. I would appreciate your prayers. Thanks so much.

Hey Daniel: It's great to read how God is using you there - not just at School, but musically, too. I will certainly join with you in prayer, that God will make it clear to you what you should do in the future. God Bless! Susan May
